VIVAnews - PT Adaro Energy Tbk is preparing US$40 million loan for acquisition.
"The loan was only obtained in February 2009 and will be utilized if there is a chance," said Adaro Energy Corporate Secretary Andre J Mamuaya on Tuesday, May 12.
The company must save at least US$10 million.
"Our focus is the existing businesses. Adaro Indonesia must improve production to 80 million metrics tons," he said.
He went on by saying that Adaro group is only granted letter of credit valuing US$65 million in February 2009. The facility will be allocated for coal trade.
