VIVAnews - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA), subsidiary of state oil company Pertamina which engages in the processing and Sales of oil & gas products, construction, telecommunication, and information technology shared 20 percent dividends of the 2008 net profit valuing Rp 133.77 billion in Jakarta on Wednesday, May 6. The total dividend payout reached Rp 26.75 billion.
Referring to the number of shares of 7.29 billion units, the paid out dividend values around Rp 3.66 per share.
Elnusa plans to release 37.15 percent of shares belonging to PT Tri Daya Esta.
