Malaysia to Build Oil Bunker in Aceh

VIVAnews - Malaysian investor will construct an oil bunker in Sabang area, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD).

"There has been a deal between Sabang Management Agency and the investor on 7 April 2009," said Governor of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Irwandi Yusuf in Jakarta in Tuesday, May 19.

As for the oil bunker construction, the investor has contributed Rp 70 trillion (US$6.84 billion) attached in a 20-year production sharing contract. The fund will equals the Aceh regional budget for eleven years.

The agreement also states that the investor will compensate with 65 percent of shares.
